Payment for accommodation, catering and T-shirts will also be made at check-in. Please note that there is usually heavy traffic on the tournament weekend and traffic jams are to be expected <\/li><li>The HBCup passes for the dinners must be collected at check-in &#8211; the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">canteen is about 15 minutes&#8217; walk from the registration office<\/span>, so please allow enough time. Booked dinners that cannot be used due to delays will not be refunded and cannot be used on other days <\/li><li>The opening ceremony will take place on Friday from 21:00 in the village center of Sand in Taufers<\/li><\/ul><h6> <\/h6><h6><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Accommodation:<\/span><\/h6><p>The teams from Germany and abroad are guided to their reserved accommodation at the reception office. The rooms are ready for occupancy from 10.00 a.m. on Friday.  If the teams are staying in tents, you can also arrive before Friday by prior arrangement.<\/p><p><strong>Rooms\/classes:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Accommodation is allocated according to the date of registration.<\/li><li><div><b>IMPORTANT<\/b>: This type of accommodation can only be booked with the following board packages:<\/div><ul><li>HBCUP 1 &#8211; all meals<\/li><li>HBCUP 2 &#8211; Breakfast &amp; Dinner<\/li><li>HBCUP 3 &#8211; Breakfast &amp; Lunch<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>These are large <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">mixed dormitories<\/span>, so it is not possible to have separate rooms for each team and gender of the same club.<\/li><li>You must bring your own sleeping bags and mats &#8211; the organizer does not provide these.<\/li><li>Accommodation is available in the following villages: M\u00fchlen in Taufers, Kematen in Taufers, Sand in Taufers, Luttach, St. Johann, Uttenheim, Gais, M\u00fchlwald<\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p><strong>Campsite<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>You must bring your own tents, sleeping bags and mats &#8211; the organizer does not provide these.<\/li><li>It is a meadow &#8211; there is no electricity and no cooking facilities<\/li><li>Sanitary facilities (toilets and showers) are available<\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p><strong>Hotels on request &#8211; approx. 50\u20ac<\/strong><\/p><h6> <\/h6><h6> <\/h6><h6><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Catering:<\/span><\/h6><p>On arrival, each team will receive tournament ID cards based on the meals ordered, which will be checked when the meals are served.
