In:<\/strong><\/h6><p>On Friday, 04.07.25, the check-in office will be open from 10:00 to 19:00. At check-in, the teams will receive their tournament passes and all necessary documents and information about the tournament. Payment for accommodation, catering and T-shirts will also be made at check-in. You will then be accompanied to your accommodation or to the campsite.<\/p><p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li>Payments on site are only possible <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">in cash<\/span><\/li><li>The check-in closes at 19:00 &#8211; we therefore ask you to plan your arrival accordingly. Please note that there is usually heavy traffic on the tournament weekend and traffic jams are to be expected<\/li><li>The vouchers for the meals must be collected at check-in &#8211; the canteen is about 15 minutes&#8217; walk from the registration office, so please allow enough time. Booked meals that cannot be used due to delays will not be refunded and cannot be used on other days<\/li><li>The opening ceremony will take place on Friday from 21:00 in the village centre of Sand in Taufers<\/li><\/ul><h6><strong>Accommodation:<\/strong><\/h6><p>The teams will be accompaigned after the check-in to their reserved accommodation. The rooms are ready from 10.00 a.m. on Friday. If the teams are staying in tents, they can also arrive before Friday by prior arrangement.<\/p><p><strong>Classes and dormitories:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Accommodation is allocated according to the date of registration.\u00a0<\/li><li><p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: This type of accommodation can only be booked with the following meal packages:<\/p><ul><li><p>HBCUP 1 &#8211; all meals<\/p><\/li><li><p>HBCUP 2 &#8211; breakfast &amp; dinner<\/p><\/li><li><p>HBCUP 3 &#8211; breakfast &amp; lunch<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>The dormitories are large mixed dormitories, therefore it is not possible to have separate rooms for each team and gender of the same club.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You must bring your own sleeping bags and mats &#8211; the organizer does not provide these.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Accommodation is available in the following villages: M\u00fchlen in Taufers, Kematen in Taufers, Sand in Taufers, Luttach, St. Johann, Uttenheim, Gais, M\u00fchlwald<\/p><\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Tent<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>You must bring your own tents, sleeping bags and mats &#8211; the organiser does not provide these.<\/li><li>It is a meadow &#8211; there is no electricity and no cooking facilities<\/li><li>Sanitary facilities (toilets and showers) are available<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Hotels on request &#8211; approx. 50\u20ac<\/strong><\/p><h6><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6><h6><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6><h6><strong>Catering:<\/strong><\/h6><p>On arrival, each team will receive tournament passes based on the meals ordered, which will be checked when the meals are served. The matches will be played without interruption until approx. 20.00.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 13px;\">On Sunday, the preliminary round matches start at around 8.30, with the final and placement matches taking place from 12.00.
