LOGISTICS HB-CUP SOUTH TYROL 2024

 

Arrival – Check In:

On Friday, 05.07.24, the check-in office will be open from 10:00 to 19:00. At check-in, the teams will receive their tournament passes and all necessary documents and information about the tournament. Payment for accommodation, catering and T-shirts will also be made at check-in. You will then be accompanied to your accommodation or to the campsite.

IMPORTANT:

  • Payments on site are only possible in cash
  • The check-in closes at 19:00 – we therefore ask you to plan your arrival accordingly. Please note that there is usually heavy traffic on the tournament weekend and traffic jams are to be expected
  • The vouchers for the meals must be collected at check-in – the canteen is about 15 minutes’ walk from the registration office, so please allow enough time. Booked meals that cannot be used due to delays will not be refunded and cannot be used on other days
  • The opening ceremony will take place on Friday from 21:00 in the village centre of Sand in Taufers

 

 

Accommodation:

The teams will be accompaigned after the check-in to their reserved accommodation. The rooms are ready from 10.00 a.m. on Friday. If the teams are staying in tents, they can also arrive before Friday by prior arrangement.

 

Classes and dormitories – 13€ per person:

  • Accommodation is allocated according to the date of registration. Teams who book all meals in our canteen will be given priority. The remaining places are allocated according to the date of registration.
  • These are large mixed dormitories, so it is not possible to have separate rooms for each team and gender of the same club.
  • You must bring your own sleeping bags and mats – the organiser does not provide these.

 

Tent pitch – 7€ per person

  • You must bring your own tents, sleeping bags and mats – the organiser does not provide these.
  • It is a meadow – there is no electricity and no cooking facilities
  • Sanitary facilities (toilets and showers) are available

 

Hotels on request – approx. 45 – 50€

 

 

Catering:

On arrival, each team will receive tournament passes based on the meals ordered, which will be checked when the meals are served. The passes may not be lost – no liability is accepted for loss and the meals have to be bought again.

 

Breakfast 7€ (Sat. + Sun.):

7.00 – 9.00 am – festival pavilion Sand in Taufers

Lunch 11,50€ (Sat. + Sun.):

11.00 – 14.00 – Sand in Taufers festival pavilion

Dinner 11,50€ (Fri. + Sat.):

Friday: 19.00 – 21.00 – Sand in Taufers festival pavilion

Saturday: 18.30 – 21.00 – Festival pavilion Sand in Taufers

 

 

Games:
  • On Saturday the games start at 08.00 am on the artificial turf pitch in Mühlen in Taufers. The matches will be played without interruption until approx. 20.00.
  • On Sunday, the preliminary round matches start at around 8.30 am, with the final and placement matches taking place from 1.00 pm. The award ceremony will begin at 4.00 pm at the latest.

 

 

Courts:

The outdoor pitches are located in Mühlen in Taufers.

In case of rain, the matches will be split between 2 sports halls:

  • All matches on pitches 3, 4 & 5 will be played in the middle school sports hall near the registration office
  • the matches of fields 1 & 2 will be played in the sports hall Sportzone near the Cascade swimming pool

 

 

Transfer options:
A shuttle bus will be provided for the entire duration of the tournament (Sat. & Sun., 06.30 – 24.00).
